Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a safety-conscious Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) for our Port Allen, LA location. This role is ideal for a dependable driver who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and representing Keystone through reliable service.

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL), you will operate a company box truck to deliver automotive, RV, and marine parts and accessories to customers safely and on time. You’ll load and unload freight, communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams, and help keep customer deliveries moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a box truck that is 15 feet or larger for local deliveries
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products following handling and safety procedures
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner during deliveries
• Verify deliveries and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
• Follow applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15-foot box truck or larger
• No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical examination
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused approach to work

Work Environment

• Local delivery role with early morning start times based on route and business needs
• Regular loading, unloading, lifting, and handling of freight
• Must be able to lift and handle freight weighing up to 75 pounds
