Physical Therapist

Olympia Fields Hospital seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation to diverse adult and geriatric patients. You will evaluate functional status, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait/balance training, and educate patients and families on home programs and safety. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists, document accurately in the EMR, and contribute to quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives in our patient-centered, learning-focused environment.
