HVAC Dispatcher

Location: Weymouth, MA

Work Friday–Monday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM and enjoy three weekdays off every week to run errands, schedule appointments, or simply avoid the weekend crowds.

Pay: $24/hour

Boston Standard is looking for an experienced Dispatcher who can keep technicians productive, communicate effectively with customers, and help deliver a five-star service experience every day.

What You'll Do

  • Dispatch and route HVAC service technicians for maximum efficiency
  • Monitor technician schedules and make real-time adjustments throughout the day
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and technician arrival times
  • Coordinate with technicians to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
  • Manage work orders and scheduling through ServiceTitan
  • Maintain accurate customer and job information
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

  • Experience dispatching in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry
  • ServiceTitan experience is required
  • Strong understanding of skilled trades scheduling and dispatch operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
