Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Assignment Details
Monday-Friday.
8-hour shifts.
Minimum 36 hours per week.
May float to other facilities.
