Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Parkridge Health Network is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our busy ER. In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate day-to-day clinical operations, ensure high-quality, compassionate emergency care, and support nursing staff. Responsibilities include triage oversight, staff scheduling, mentoring and precepting nurses, implementing evidence-based practices, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and supporting performance improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance. You’ll help drive patient satisfaction while fostering a culture of teamwork, learning, and professional growth in a fast-paced emergency setting.
