REGISTERED NURSE

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a compassionate Charge RN to lead nursing teams within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The Charge RN coordinates patient care, assigns staff, and ensures adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards. You will supervise unit workflows, support bedside nurses, and respond to emergencies while promoting evidence-based practice and patient safety. Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll mentor staff, provide clinical guidance, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and excellent communication in a fast-paced acute care setting.
