OB Hospitalist (Laborist) Opportunity

Murfreesboro, TN | 35 Miles from Nashville

Join a well-established OB Hospitalist program at a premier regional medical center serving one of Tennessee's fastest-growing communities. Enjoy an inpatient-only practice with predictable scheduling, strong specialty support, and an outstanding quality of life.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Established two-provider Laborist model
• Approximately 3,800 annual deliveries
• Inpatient-only practice with no office responsibilities
• Flexible schedule with only 6.5 24-hour shifts per month for full-time physicians
• Choice of 12- or 24-hour shifts
• Collaborative team environment with strong community OB/GYN partnerships

Exceptional Clinical Support

• Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Neonatology
• Pediatric Cardiology
• Pediatric Neurology
• 24/7 in-house anesthesia coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Approximately $4,000/shift ($336,000 - $375,000 annually)
• W-2 employment

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure
• Comfortable managing inpatient obstetrical care and emergent gynecologic conditions
