Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $3320 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 24 months (2 years).

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience with 12 months within the last 24 months (2 years).

• 12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <90 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Unit Details: Preferred equipment includes Impella 5.5 and balloon pump; EVD is also used.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift options: 7am to 7:30 pm or 7pm to 7:30 am. 75% weekends required. No call.

Floating Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on HCP experience. Float to any IMC at the organization; patient ratios are 1:3 in IMC. You will float to SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, and CICU. You will be expected to care for basic ICU patients in each department, including sedated and intubated patients and patients on pressors, but you will not care for high-complexity patients requiring CRRT unless you carry the competencies to do so. May take multiple different assignments during the same shift if needed.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years
