Rutgers Health is seeking a

Board Certified/Board Eligible General Urologist

to join the Division of Urology within the Department of Surgery at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. This full-time faculty position offers an outstanding opportunity to build a thriving academic practice while providing comprehensive urologic care, educating the next generation of physicians, and contributing to research and innovation at one of New Jerseys premier academic medical centers.

Join a growing academic Division of Urology within Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School

Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urologic care to a diverse patient population

Perform a broad range of general urologic procedures, including minimally invasive and endoscopic surgery, prostate biopsy, medical and surgical stone management, and BPH treatment

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional patient care

Participate in the departments shared call schedule

Engage in weekly educational conferences, morbidity and mortality conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and visiting professor programs

Opportunities to participate in clinical research, quality improvement, educational scholarship, and other academic pursuits

Help support the continued growth and strategic development of the Division of Urology

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Jersey

Compensation
The anticipated salary for this position starts at

$506,058

annually.
The compensation offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including education, training, experience, academic accomplishments, market benchmarks, available funding, and internal equity.
