Breast Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer (PRN) to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. In this per diem role, you will perform diagnostic and interventional breast ultrasound exams, assist with biopsies, and support accurate, timely diagnoses. You will prepare and educate patients, ensure comfort and safety, and document findings in the EMR. Working closely with radiologists, surgeons, and breast health teams, you’ll follow established protocols, uphold regulatory and infection-control standards, and engage in continuous learning within a leading not-for-profit health system.
