Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Experience with outpatient-style gym equipment and modalities preferred, including parallel bars, mat tables, gait training equipment, and ADL kitchen/bathroom training environments.
  • Ability to work with a high-volume skilled patient population and collaborate with rehab techs preferred.
