Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Federal Way, WA, outpatient setting where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while working with a multidisciplinary team. Evaluate and treat patients with various musculoskeletal injuries. Communicate treatment plans and evaluations effectively to medical teams and report patient progress to in-house and specialty physicians. Provide assistance to colleagues in identifying clinical issues. BS or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required. Active state license required to start the assignment.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Current, active Washington state PT license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in a clinic setting.
Ability to communicate treatment plans and progress with medical teams, including orthopedic and hand surgeons.
Client requirement: availability to work a standard clinic schedule consistent with a Monday–Friday outpatient practice.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic clinics treating a broad caseload of musculoskeletal conditions.
Experience collaborating with specialty physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Assignment Details
Shift hours: 08:00–17:00.
Workweek: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
