Full-time nanny for our curious, energetic 4-year-old

Two weeks, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, San Jose, $33/hr. What your day would look like: meals (provided), park, crafts, books, imaginative play, quiet hour. What we're really hiring for: real presence, praise effort and kindness with specifics, warmth and boundaries together — redirect calmly, never withdraw affection; feelings get named and kept company, not hurried; repair over perfection ("sorry I was impatient" is valid); genuine delight in who she is. Experienced with preschoolers, CPR current, references required. Must be reliable, punctual & comfortable communicating with us honestly including (especially) hard moments.
