Compensation
Hourly base pay rate is $15.10 - $22.60/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring charge levels across 1,659 EVs
- Managing charger schedules and prioritization
- Tracking vehicles approaching critical SOC thresholds
- Coordinating vehicle movement on and off charging stations
- Supporting operational departments with EV readiness needs
- Reporting charging trends and utilization metrics
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
- Constantly required to enter and exit vehicles.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to walk long distances.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
- Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.
- Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous auction experience.
- Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm (Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm)
Work Environment:
Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level.
