Stepdown Registered Nurse

Gifted Healthcare seeks a Local Stepdown Registered Nurse in Hammond, LA, to provide high-quality care for intermediate-acuity patients in a hospital stepdown unit. In this role, you will manage complex assessments, continuous cardiac/telemetry monitoring, IV medications, and coordination of care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. You’ll document in the EHR, educate patients and families, support transitions of care, and uphold infection control and safety standards within a clinician-centered, supportive culture focused on excellence and work-life balance.
