A well-established, physician-led geriatric practice in the greater Denver metro area is seeking Geriatrics oriented Nurse Practitioners to join their 12 provider group. Nurse Practitioners with Primary Care or direct Geriatrics experience encouraged to apply/

Position:

• 100% outpatient role via a 4-day work week.
• No call, weekends, nights, or holidays.
• 8-12 patients per day: wellness visits, hospital follow ups, acute illness, etc.
• Average patient age of 80 with focus on complex comorbidity management.
