Physical Therapy Assistant

VitalCaring is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver compassionate, clinically excellent care to patients in their homes. In this full-time field role, you will provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You’ll educate patients and caregivers, carefully document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary home health and hospice team.
