Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. In this hands-on role, you will carry out treatment plans designed by occupational therapists, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and use of adaptive equipment to restore independence. You will closely monitor and document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and educate patients and families.
