Job Overview:
The AVP Learning and Leadership Development plays an important role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving leadership development experiences that support leaders across all levels of the organization.
Leveraging expertise in leadership development, adult learning, facilitation, and learning experience product design, this individual will collaborate closely with leadership development team members and subject matter experts to create impactful learning experiences that strengthen leader effectiveness and support organizational priorities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation, to enhance learning experiences, improve team effectiveness, and support continuous innovation in leadership development.
A key differentiator for this role is the ability to facilitate highly interactive leadership development and create environments where leaders can learn, practice, reflect, and apply new skills to real business and people challenges.
Responsibilities:
Leadership Development & Facilitation
Design and facilitate leadership development for new, experienced, and senior leaders.
Lead workshops, cohorts, and immersive experiences that build practical leadership capability.
Create engaging environments for discussion, reflection, practice, and peer learning.
Strengthen leader self-awareness, coaching, decision-making, empowerment, and team effectiveness.
Help leaders apply learning directly in the flow of work.
Learning Experience Product Design
Apply adult learning and leadership best practices to design impactful experiences.
Build learner-centered products using instructor-led, virtual, self-directed, social, and experiential approaches.
Create facilitator guides, participant materials, activities, assessments, job aids, and reinforcement tools.
Design solutions that drive behavior change, capability building, and practical application.
Use AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance design, engagement, content development, and knowledge transfer.
Product Execution & Continuous Improvement
Support delivery and continuous improvement of leadership development products and initiatives.
Plan, deliver, and evaluate workshops, learning events, and development experiences.
Pilot AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve learner experience, process efficiency, and program impact.
Use agile practices to experiment, iterate, and improve.
Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high-quality learner experience.
Collaboration & Partnership
Partner with the leadership development team, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to execute learning experiences.
Contribute ideas and insights that strengthen program quality and learner impact.
Build strong relationships that enable teamwork and seamless delivery.
Share emerging practices, tools, and innovations that improve the leadership development portfolio.
Translate leadership development strategy into meaningful learner experiences and resources.
Measurement & Insights
Measure effectiveness using feedback, learning metrics, and stakeholder insights.
Improve engagement, skill adoption, and business impact through evaluation and insights.
Use data and technology-enabled insights to inform continuous improvement.
Stay current on leadership development, facilitation, AI, and workplace learning trends.

Requirements:
10–15 years of progressive experience in learning, facilitation, operations, enablement, or related functions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience in a related field.
Expertise in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related fields.
Advanced facilitation experience across virtual, hybrid, and in-person leadership programs.
Strong learning and instructional design grounded in adult learning and behavior change.
Experience designing and facilitating programs for leaders at multiple levels.
Experience partnering cross-functionally to design and deliver learning experiences.
Knowledge of learning evaluation and program effectiveness methods.
Ability to use AI, automation, and emerging tools to improve learning and efficiency.
Strong organization, communication, and project coordination skills.

Pay Range:
