Dental Patient Coordinator – Pediatric Dental Office
Location: Hacienda Heights, CA 91745
Job Type: Full-Time (30–36 hours/week)
Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Our boutique, privately owned pediatric dental practice in Hacienda Heights is looking for a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Dental Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with children and families and thrive in a fast-paced dental office, we'd love to meet you.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional pediatric dental care in a welcoming, positive environment where every patient feels comfortable. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience while supporting the daily operations of our practice.

Schedule
30–36 hours per week
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
- Collect patient payments and process transactions
- Respond promptly to emails and text messages
- Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system
- Help create a smooth, positive, and organized patient experience
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to keep the schedule running efficiently
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous dental front office or dental patient coordinator experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
Preferred:
- Experience with Dentrix
- Pediatric dental or family dental office experience
