Travel Job Summary: Radiology Technologist position in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves providing imaging services in a high-acuity, teaching healthcare facility with a focus on trauma, pediatric, and adult patients. The technologist will work across various departments, including emergency and operating rooms, utilizing advanced imaging equipment and supporting a fast-paced clinical environment. Job Details: Schedule: Nights shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: BLS certification; ARRT Radiologic Technologist Certification; at least 2 years of acute care experience, including trauma setting experience; valid license; EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience. Preferred Qualifications: C-arm experience; O-arm experience; familiarity with EPIC EMR. Float: No, only to different areas within the facility for x-ray and portable imaging. Additional Information: The technologist will perform general X-ray imaging of head, neck, spine, extremities, abdomen, hands, feet, and chest, including trauma cases. Experience with C-arm imaging and the ability to work confidently in a high-stress, high patient acuity setting are essential. Orientation includes facility and departmental tours, with up to 5 days of departmental orientation. The role involves working with MD residents, fellow radiologic technologists, and support staff. Scrub colors are provided, and free parking is available. The work environment emphasizes teamwork, clinical excellence, and adaptability to a fast-paced setting.
