Travel Job Summary: Radiology Technologist position in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves providing imaging services in a high-acuity, teaching healthcare facility with a focus on trauma, pediatric, and adult patients. The technologist will work across various departments, including emergency and operating rooms, utilizing advanced imaging equipment and supporting a fast-paced clinical environment. Job Details: Schedule: Nights shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: BLS certification; ARRT Radiologic Technologist Certification; at least 2 years of acute care experience, including trauma setting experience; valid license; EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience. Preferred Qualifications: C-arm experience; O-arm experience; familiarity with EPIC EMR. Float: No, only to different areas within the facility for x-ray and portable imaging. Additional Information: The technologist will perform general X-ray imaging of head, neck, spine, extremities, abdomen, hands, feet, and chest, including trauma cases. Experience with C-arm imaging and the ability to work confidently in a high-stress, high patient acuity setting are essential. Orientation includes facility and departmental tours, with up to 5 days of departmental orientation. The role involves working with MD residents, fellow radiologic technologists, and support staff.
