High Reach and Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking High Reach Truck and Forklift Operators to join their team. As an equipment operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting various logistical functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: High Reach Truck and Forklift Operator

Location: Hazle Township, PA

Pay Range: $19.45/hour

Shift:
Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm - Forklift Operator
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6am to 6pm (36 hours) - High Reach

What's the Job?

• Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse
• Support a "Move to the Work" environment by adapting to different operational areas as needed
• Assist with various warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in onboarding and training sessions, including off-shift training when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience
• Minimum of one year of high reach forklift operating experience required for high reach
• Ability to support flexible work schedules, including off-shift training
• Willingness to support various warehouse tasks as needed
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
