NIGHT SHIFT Hospital Registered Nurse - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality care to our patients, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure each patient's needs are met with excellence and empathy. Requirements:
Responsibilities:
* Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient status.
* Assessment: Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to determine care needs and document findings.
* Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
* Monitoring: Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
* Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
* Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
* Compliance: Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:
* Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
* Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of (State).
* Experience: Previous experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
* Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
* Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift and move patients as necessary.
* Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
* Ability to handle physical and emotional stress.
Work Schedule:
* Regular schedule is based on patient volume and surgical schedule. Schedule is set by the Nursing Management prior to shift's start.
