Team Store Retail Associate

If you are more than 20 minutes late to the shift, you will not be allowed to work. You need to arrive on time to work your shift.

Join us at the Team Store and help create an exceptional experience for fans. Retail Associates support store operations by assisting customers, managing merchandise, and helping maintain a clean, organized environment.

You will also be in a warehouse environment to grab more stock.

What You’ll Do

-Greet and assist customers with purchases

-Process transactions using the POS system

-Restock shelves and maintain product displays

-Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fan‑ready

-Provide friendly, efficient service in a fast‑paced environment

-Follow all event, check‑in, and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

-Positive attitude and strong customer‑service skills

-Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

-Comfortable working in a busy event setting

-Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required

Please use the Bluecrew APP to clock in/out for the shift. If there is a paper sign-in sheet, please use this as well so we can audit your hours.

Lunch: we recommend that you bring your own lunch. Vendors onsite will NOT be open. You can walk to the gas station or White Castle, which is nearby. Lunch breaks can be 30 minutes to 1 hour long. You must remember to clock out/in from lunch!

General responsibilities when working a Retail job assignment can include:

• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, paying attention to detail
• Process sales transactions using a point of sale system
• Greet customers and help provide an outstanding shopping experience
• Stock or restock product on the sales floor or in the stockroom
• Help with inventory counts and audits of product on the sales floor or in the stockroom
• Make product recommendations based on observations and conversations with customers
• Maintain high standard of customer service
