Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule Shift: Days (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM) with Weekend Hours: Every Other Weekend

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a free-standing inpatient rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a cohesive therapy and nursing team to provide high-quality care to an adult patient population, including those recovering from stroke, brain injuries, debility, amputations, and neurological disorders.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and their families about exercise, prevention, and rehabilitation.

Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Indiana.

1-2 years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.

Experience with common diagnoses related to adult rehabilitation.
