Registered Nurse Float Pool

HCA Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse for our PCU/MedSurg Float Pool. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients across progressive care and medical-surgical units, adapting quickly to changing patient needs and unit assignments. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will support patient and family education, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold patient safety and infection-control standards while contributing to a culture of teamwork, compassion, and continuous learning.
