Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll evaluate patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other complex illnesses, then develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to restore function and independence. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, PTs, SLPs, and case managers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. You’ll educate patients and families, document progress, contribute to discharge planning, and participate in quality initiatives and mentoring, with strong support for ongoing learning and career advancement.
