This Physical Therapist position will maintain a balanced caseload of pelvic floor rehabilitation and general outpatient physical therapy.

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services, including patient evaluation, individualized plan of care development, implementation of evidence-based interventions, patient and caregiver education, and discharge planning for a full outpatient caseload. In addition, evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, utilizing specialized assessment techniques and targeted interventions such as pelvic floor muscle training, manual therapy, and condition-specific education. Provide all ancillary/administrative requirements for a full caseload of patients, including documentation, billing, scheduling management, and other administrative duties

Clinic Hours 7:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. No weekend or holiday requirements.
