Travel Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required

Minimum 1 year of recent Occupational Therapy experience required

LTC or rehabilitation experience required

Experience evaluating patients with cognitive, functional, and ADL-related impairments

Proficiency with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities/exercises, modalities, and supportive or assistive devices

Strong skills in developing individualized plans of care and modifying interventions based on patient progress

Experience with patient/family education, DME recommendations, clinical documentation, and discharge planning

Ability to supervise and support OTAs, rehabilitation aides, and students as appropriate

Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Must adhere to NBCOT/AOTA standards and applicable state practice requirements
