- Guaranteed Base Salary: $650,000 - $706,333 +RVU production
- $100,000 Sign-On Bonus

- As volume grows, a production-based compensation model can be incorporated
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Minimum of one year of experience preferred
- Strong robotic surgery experience
- Team player who enjoys collaboration but is also comfortable working independently
