Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans as prescribed, focusing on enhancing patients' mobility, strength, and functionality.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities tailored to core treatment objectives, aiding in their recovery and pain relief.
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and home exercise guidelines, fostering independence and increasing the effectiveness of therapy.
- Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound as per the Physical Therapist's protocols.
- Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking key metrics like range of motion and strength improvements, to keep the treatment plan aligned with patient goals.
- Organize treatment areas, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are prepared and available for effective therapy sessions.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to coordinate patient care for optimized outcomes and holistic recovery.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during their rehabilitation journey, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards in patient care, maintaining confidentiality and respect for patient rights.

Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Compensation and Benefits
The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
