Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
Adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate various learning styles and abilities
Monitor student progress regularly and adjust instructional approaches accordingly
Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Foster a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and growth
Ensure compliance with all relevant educational policies and legal requirements
Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities to enhance instructional effectiveness

Paid sick time. Aya provides paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws.
