Encompass Health seeks an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our acute rehab hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized rehab nursing care for medically complex patients, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, mobility and ADL training support, patient/family education, discharge planning, and accurate documentation.
