A growing Family Medicine practice on Californias Central Coast is seeking a

Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics

to join an established, collaborative team in a beautiful coastal community near Monterey.

Position Highlights:
• Full-spectrum Family Medicine with Obstetrics
• 4 day work week
• Adult inpatient care managed by Hospitalists
• Deliver at a hospital with 24/7 OB Hospitalists, Level III NICU, and in-house Anesthesia
• Collaborative team with strong physician support

Compensation & Benefits:
• $325,000 guaranteed base salary
• Productivity bonus at $54/wRVU above base
• $50,000 recruitment incentive
• 30 days PTO
• CME stipend
• Comprehensive benefits
• 403(b) retirement with employer contribution
• PSLF eligible employer

Candidate Requirements:
• BE/BC Family Medicine
• Fellowship-trained in Obstetrics
• Must be qualified to perform unassisted Cesarean sections
