Clinical RN Coordinator

Doctors Hospital of Augusta seeks a Clinical RN Coordinator to support safe, high-quality patient care on our acute care units. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily clinical operations, oversee patient flow, and support bedside nurses with complex cases, assessments, and care planning. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentor staff, reinforce evidence-based practices, and help drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives while modeling our patient-first, teamwork-driven culture.
