Experience:

• 24 months of experience.

• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

Preferred Skills/Experience: TAVR experience preferred.

Unit Details: Post-catheterization patients; manages sheaths and TR bands. Serves as overflow for 3E, including chest tube care, and cares for medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Titrates all drips except pressors, paralytics, and TPA. Uses CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow; RNs place patients on and off while respiratory therapy sets the rates. Centralized telemetry monitoring; RNs read strips once per shift and with rhythm changes.

Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling, but subject to change to present a balanced schedule. 6 weekend shifts in a 6 week period. 2 summer and 3 winter holidays. No call.

Floating Requirements: May be pulled to the floors.
