Clinical Supervisor

Northeast Health Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of mental health clinicians providing outpatient behavioral health care across Massachusetts. In this role, you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered services through clinical supervision, case consultation, and oversight of documentation and compliance. You will mentor and develop staff, assist with crisis intervention and complex cases, and maintain a small caseload. Working in a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment, you will help shape clinical practice and improve patient outcomes while advancing your leadership skills.
