Location Rockford, TN
Pay $19 per hour
Schedule Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Overtime occasionally available on Fridays

Our client, Imaging, is seeking a Floor Assembly Operator to join their Production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a steady work history who enjoys detailed, hands‑on work in a clean, climate‑controlled environment.

As a Floor Assembly Operator, you will perform semi‑complex assembly tasks that require precision, consistency, and attention to detail. This role involves working with small components and following documented processes to ensure high‑quality production.

What You’ll Do

• Perform semi‑complex assembly work within your area of specialization
• Assemble small crystal components into ceramic compartments by hand
• Follow documented procedures, instructions, and established work practices
• Identify routine manufacturing issues and take appropriate corrective steps
• Assist with resolving day‑to‑day production challenges
• Perform advanced tasks such as soldering, testing, and rework as trained
• Maintain quality standards while working independently and as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Steady and reliable work history
• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work seated and remain in the same work area for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable handling small, delicate components

Knowledge and Experience

• Basic knowledge of a manufacturing or specialty production area
• Prior experience in assembly, production, or a similar environment is a plus
• Training or experience in soldering, testing, or rework is beneficial
