?? Position Overview
The Production Assembler I plays a critical role in assembling quality products while meeting production standards, customer specifications, and delivery schedules. Working under the direction of production leadership, this position follows established procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards to support operational success.
? Key Responsibilities
?? Assemble products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
?? Utilize computer systems to review production schedules and update job status.
?? Perform operator-based Go/No-Go testing in accordance with established procedures.
?? Monitor product quality throughout the assembly process and identify any concerns.
?? Assist with training new team members and support production-related inquiries.
?? Perform material handling duties as needed.
?? Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
?? Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams to provide accurate information.
?? Complete all required documentation, production records, and paperwork accurately.
?? Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
?? Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards. ??
?? Required Qualifications
? High School Diploma or GED required.
? Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
? Ability to read and follow written work instructions, specifications, and engineering documentation.
? Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter production information.
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
? Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
? Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
? Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
