Registered Nurse Clinical Lead Stepdown

Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead for our Stepdown unit. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, coordinate complex care plans, and serve as a clinical resource to bedside nurses. You will lead shift operations, support patient flow, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols and quality standards. The Clinical Lead precepts and mentors staff, supports performance improvement initiatives, and collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
