3 - 4 days per week with 1:5 call rotation
16 patients per day -- scaling to 18 - 20 as volume builds
1 hr new patient appointments / 30 min return visits
60 - 70% hematology / 30 - 40% oncology caseload
Hospital privileges required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
