Building Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services (LSS), a mission-driven nonprofit serving individuals and families across behavioral health, housing, and social services, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. In this role, you’ll perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, and respond to work orders to support client and staff needs. You’ll conduct facility inspections, maintain logs and inventories, and coordinate with vendors when needed. This on-site role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who values service, reliability, and working in a mission-focused, client-centered environment.
