Cape Cod Healthcare is looking to grow our primary care division. Join established practices in Falmouth, Bourne, Sandwich, and Harwich. This position features a 4-day work week that provides you with a work/life balance to enjoy all that 4-season coastal living has to offer.

POSITION DETAILS:

• $275,000 + base Salary

• $75,000 Stipend for hard to fill locations in select locations

• $75,000 Sign on Bonus

• $3,000 per month housing stipend for one year

• Quality and productivity-based bonuses

• Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program Eligible

• 8 Weeks PTO

• Home Loan Program

• 1:40 Call with ACP taking first call

• Dedicated clinical staff

• EPIC EMR

• 2/6 million malpractice coverage

• CME Allocation
