Maplewood at Orange LLC seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our assisted living and memory care community. This role assists with daily nursing operations, including staff supervision, resident assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance. The Assistant Director of Nursing collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered care; supports staff education and onboarding; monitors clinical outcomes; and helps coordinate infection control, medication management, and safety initiatives in a compassionate, resident-focused environment.
