Physician Associate Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Physician Associate license with current state of Oregon licensure.
  • At least 2 years of experience and board certification or board eligibility
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses
  • Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
  • Comfort and experience with both initiation and maintenance of buprenorphine
  • Comfort and experience with treating other substance use disorders and severe and persistent mental illness
  • Must be comfortable treating all populations
  • Valid CPR certification and DEA license

Physician Associate Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with low-income children and families
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
