Job Details

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and supervisors on project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Manage project P&L for optimal results and handle project buy-out, assigning the right subcontractors
Oversee quality assurance and controls, and participate in weekly and monthly job site safety walks
Manage project files in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and provide monthly client billing

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or accounting
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial construction project management
Strong knowledge of Procore and Primavera software
Familiarity with Touch Plan or similar tasking software
