Mandated Job Requirements

Provider must be interested in working in a rural community .
Position for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician .
Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
IL license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice PREFERRED

Certification Requirements

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
Board Eligible

License Requirements

Illinois

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
