Long-Term Care & Skilled Nursing Registered Nurse

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute facility. In this mission-driven, faith-based environment, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments; monitor resident conditions; and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. The RN will supervise CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation in the EHR, and support quality improvement initiatives to promote dignity, safety, and optimal clinical outcomes for every resident.
