REGISTERED NURSE

TriStar Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Float MedSurg to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across our Medical-Surgical units. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement patient-centered care, administer medications and IV therapies, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will float to various MedSurg units, supporting staffing needs while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance with protocols.
