Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver compassionate, high-quality rehab care in our inpatient setting. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide hands-on treatment, support patient evaluations, and guide therapeutic activities that restore independence in daily living. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress while contributing to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding patient-centered environment.
